I came to Summer with a specific goal: to improve my bike racing fitness. Not only did she help me achieve that, but she exceeded my expectations in every way. Summer has an incredible ability to push you to your limits while keeping things fun and engaging. Her knowledge and expertise are top-notch, and she’s always there to provide support and encouragement.
Beyond the physical gains, Summer has had a positive impact on my overall well-being. Her energy and positive attitude make each session enjoyable and motivating. I highly recommend Summer to anyone looking for a dedicated and inspiring personal trainer.
Dan and Summer are both great! They both planned my workouts and meals based on my age, fitness level and my dietary restrictions.
I felt great doing the workouts, the meals were easy to prep and I never felt hungry throughout the day.
Anyone looking to get in shape, need accountability or just improve their health should try conquer fitness.
I worked with Summer for almost a year and my results were amazing. She was super awesome to work with as we would share from our day and laugh & joke to the point I would get through the workout and wonder where the time went. She was super encouraging and knew exactly where to push me to achieve more and be my best. I gained so much strength and cardiovascular health. I would 100% recommend Summer for any of my friends or family. I really miss our workouts and hope that just one person gains what I gained.
I worked with Dan for personal training for 6 months and he helped me reach new levels with my fitness and physique! Dan saw how serious I was about my health snd fitness goals and approached me about personal training and I am so glad I made the leap and tried it out. He got to know me, my injuries, my interests, and tailored a great program for me and my goals. He kept me accountable in the gym even when we weren’t training together, always coming around and telling me I had more in me, which he was so right. I always told him to kick my butt and boy did he. If it wasn’t for Dan pushing me and challenging me, I would not have been able to achieve the transformation pictured. I always say #bodybydan. He taught me so many different techniques that I still implement and helped me get strong and recover from a previous injury/surgery. Dan is very knowledge on recovery!!! Toward the end of my personal training block, I was able to hit a few sessions with Summer as well. I WISH I would have met Summer sooner because she is the master of helping me hit muscles I didn’t know existed. She taught me a new technique to engage my glutes on the back extension that didn’t disturb my back and we had an incredible chest day for my last training session. And these two expertise combined are a recipe for success! If you are looking for direction and a great program, I recommend Dan and Summer!
I started training with Dan with the goal of getting toned and feeling better about myself. In the months that I worked with Dan, I found myself getting both stronger and toned. Every workout seemed new and exciting because Dan liked to mix things up while keeping me on track. Dan also had me start focusing on my diet and protein intake which was huge. I never had a coach who helped let me focus on something so important. Without the proper protein intake, I wouldn't have made the gains I was looking for and achieved. I am happy to say that I now have a butt which I never had before. Oh wait…glutes. I have glutes. LOL! And let's not forget about form. Dan was huge about making sure that every move I made was using the proper form.
I've also trained with Summer a couple times and she pushed me to the limit and taught me some exercises I hadn't done before.
Dan and Summer make a great team and complement one another. I'm certain everyone who trains with them will meet their goals and enjoy their time in the process.
I had the honor to have Summer as my personal coach for 12 weeks. she helped me build strength and confidence and change my body in ways, I feel I wouldn't have been able to do on my own. She was very encouraging and helpful and helped push myself beyond. I definitely miss having her here but I'm sure her new clients will definitely enjoy her workouts as well.
I worked with Summer for almost a year and it was such a phenomenal experience! She was able to work with my many restrictions due to my POTS, altering work outs to best suit my needs while being achievable. I’ve always been nervous to work out because of my POTS and overall gym anxiety and she was able to help me begin my journey. I would recommend her 10/10 times! The exercises were challenging but achievable, which I greatly appreciated. She listened to every concern, goal, and motivation, turning all the information into a personal regiment. Summer is someone anyone would benefit from having in your corner! I cannot recommend her enough, I wouldn’t be where I am without her today.
Coach Dan helped me to meet goals I had set for myself. With his positive coaching, I was able to achieve things that I never thought possible. He is very technically sound and presses the importance of form. Don't pass on the chance to train with him.
Conquer fitness rocks!
I have been training with Dan for over a year and he has helped me achieve all of my fitness goals! He has helped me gain so much more strength in my upper body. He is awesome to train with and a work out with him is never tedious or boring. He likes to mix things up and bring me new fitness challenges everytime. I had the pleasure of meeting up with Dan and Summer in Sedona and we did some intense hiking with creative workouts on the red rocks….It doesn’t get any better than that!
Working with coach Summer was an awesome experience. Her programs are thoroughly thought out and tough (in all the right ways!)
